It looks more and more like the next move up will be memorable... I'm loaded. Overall, my dividend stocks did quite well in the decline (not GE for sure...). It is completely incomprehensible to me how someone buys a 10 year note for 1.5% yield if you can buy solid stocks with decades-long history of rising dividends with 3.5 - 4% yield, for example KMB which doubled its dividend every 10 years. Anyways, this is THE opportunity for me to refi my home loan. Thanks to H1 for this great board. Awesome!!!
