It may be a steal at this price, but I have it much higher ... averaged down when it was 13 (but had it when it was in the high 20's).
I am sure that the drillers will recover somewhat, but I doubt they will reach their former glory days. It took me by surprise when I saw it below 9 (that was the "bottom" I had mentally forecast for this one).
