I am not surprised at the sales. When I spoke with the company a few months back, they did tell me that some of the new registered shares would probably be sold. These shares are most likely already included in the number shares outstanding. Also, it is very common for company founders to cash out after being bought out (especially w/lower cap gains rates). This is not to say that these sales should not be a concern. Why not wait a few more weeks and wait until earnings are reported? Unless.....hmmmmm.
