But you did sidestep this one:

I realize that negative publicity can make a sales reps job harder, but my point was, the jobs of convincing customers to buy Novell product is much, much more affected by weak marketing than by anything we could do, even, say, getting mention in Barron's. Do you see anything improving there in marketing?
And what happenned to the "Rock The Net" campaign? This I would really like to know.

Finally, (to keep it a bit shorter than the last one), the 'changes you see coming' and the 'new fire in employees and management', how about some 'hard facts' (as you would say) about that. ( or even some strong annodotes <g>)
