I'm all for it. Just pointing out the natural inclination of business to maximize profit down to every penny, does not parallel the public's idea of where the facilities should be located, or the idea that the BLM should necessarly be giving it away (although one could make a pretty good argument giving it away is in the public good.)

There are a lot of suitable areas no doubt.
