I have spent some time this weekend looking into my teacup attempting to read the Tea Leaves one last time before Tuesday's vote.

NEEDED TO WIN: 270 ELECTORAL VOTES

As you remember, I posted my earlier TEA LEAVES PROJECTION of the final Electoral vote about a month ago. Then, the results were as follows:

Bush 355 electoral votes
Kerry 183 electoral votes.

After carefully searching among the latest tea leaves, I am now prepared to issue mY FINAL TEA LEAVES PROJECTION. I will present it in two parts:
