nope...will not prevent that from happening heck that kind of plus to holders from the day before and mm traps for new investors are a very important part of the investment picture... part of the reason to hold a stock past 4 pm is the gap up and the enticement for mm's to continue order flow if they have to much paper is the gap up concept..
