(off topic) Sueing Waterhouse in small claims court... I don't think you get court costs if you sue in small claims. Of course, those rules are rather different state to state, so get local advice. But it won't matter, since you probably also agreed when you first signed up with them that you would use the NASD arbitration plan.... Dick
