I posted this on Yahoo under my "valuedigger" handle in response to message 38321 on the NYSE listing requirements and note covenants (am I correct that this doesn't kick in until TVX is actually delisted?). Food for thought? I think this is just going to be too tempting for someone out there. It won't take much investment to gain complete (or functional) control of this company and it's alluring assets right now. Absolutely zero prospect that smart money types are just going to stand by a let these noteholders take it. I wish had the money. TVX management better have a game plan next week, not next month.
