OT EIX & PGE

The stupid money will continue riding into utilities as a safe haven. Does anyone think EIX and PGE are the only ones who cant recoup market costs through rate payers?

Even if complete disaster is avoided, who would expect a deal that will do more than stave off complete disaster?

Utilities are going to be stuck between regulators, energy traders and sky high NG prices. Who thinks the failure to properly hedge will be passed onto customers equitably?

Who will pay for all of the T&D system upgrades to the utilities major remaining asset?
