RECY earnings due between the 12th and 14th. I don't know much about the moody and sp credit reports but to me they sounded like they were under the impression that RECY was going to have to make acquisitions which are accretive to earnings. This is already implied in the price. They also said that RECY would have to watch out for overpaying and buying businesses with environmental problems. RECY management has been right on with their acquisitions pricing and cut the Midas deal off due to environmental concerns.
