" Intel's Data sheet - "Pentium ® III Processor for the SC242 at 450 MHz to 733 MHz Datasheet" - on page 26, in "Table 8. Voltage and Current Specifications" - EXPLICTLY DETAILS the MAXIMUM Icc of each processor speed ". And on Page 27, the following Note details the test conditions: "10.Max ICC measurements are measured at VCC max voltage, maximum temperature, under maximum signal loading conditions. The Max Icc currents specified do not occur simultaneously under the stress measurement condition." Paul
