Spytrader, I now sit back when they downgrade a good stock that I know is good and put a buy order in a pick up more shares and that is exactly what I did yesterday. I have NTBK and DELL, and they did the same thing there. It has taken me a while to get into the rythmn of the analyst and Allan Greenspan. VBG Dorine
