But I'm just going to tell you, those prices are going up. They're getting all the kickbacks now, and you know damned well just about all of them are subsidized in Arkansas. So, they can substantially increase prices and the taxpayers will be picking up most of the tab. Right now, it is about BCBS driving the competition out, and if you look at the AR exchange plans, it is really difficult to see a reason not to go with BCBS and I'd wager that is what just about everyone who buys on the exchanges will do. 3-4 years from now those people are going to get creamed.
