Stau,

First, the analysis to which you referred was from Briefing.com and was graciously posted by Hassell.

Secondly, even though USRX and COMS are not trading at exactly a 1:1.75 ratio, they will move in relation to each other (within 2-4%) unless one of the following happens:

1) The deal is called off;
2) A competitive offer appears; or
3) The merger date is substantially postponed.

Absent one of those events, they will remain range bound with respect to each other. I believe the rationale for the current spread between the two stocks' prices had been described ad nauseum on the USRX thread.
