Hi Getcher: If Leslie at ADOT asks you "prove to me you are representing a group that owns 5% of ADOT" , how do you intend to do that.? Telling you on SI, "I am behind you with xxxxx shares", is not going to do it. Where is the proof that this person has xxxxx shares, and where is the proof, legal document that allows you to represent the xxxx shares of so and so. I get the feeling that Leslie does not like the internet. "Sell your shares to someone on the internet", that was Leslie's reply to Richard when he said a group of investors on the internet are making favorable comments on ADOT. So, don't bring up the internet in your letter/conversation. I am not trying to clip your wings, but I don't see how Leslie will give you more information with that approach... One the other hand your inner strength of simplicity and CFO experience might just work out on your own. Send him a letter or E-mail with your questions and give him a week to respond by E-mail or letter and at last resort call him as a shareholder..ANDREW T is apparently able to talk to Mark Lewis with some degree of civility. Maybe talking to Mark Lewis is another possibility. Good Luck Fred
