Design of Thorium Pebble Bed Reactor Steenkampskraal Thorium Ltd. (STL)) are designing a small, 100MWth, pebble-bed modular reactor. We have completed the pre-feasibility study and the concept design and we are now working on the basic design. We invite you to visit our website: www.thorium100.com, which describes our design. We are assembling a consortium to finance the basic design; the members of this consortium will have the right to build our reactor. We are also offering shares in our company to investors who would like to invest in thorium and in our reactor design. STL owns the rights to the thorium that will be produced at the Steenkampskraal rare earth and thorium mine in South Africa.
