If they put as much effort into servicing their clients as they did in putting together this newsletter that came with the statement, they'd be doing well. Throughout, they hype their commitment to their clients, and that they're always there for them. Geez, what a pile of s--t. Oh, and they even have the nerve to hype the check-writing services? Did I miss something? Has anyone seen any checks? Or are they still deciding on the paper to use, fixing the printer's first run, or whatever excuse they're using now?
