It's difficult for any employer to know for sure who they are hiring FWIW, IMO it's only necessary to look at docs, and if they're legal, that's it... The solution starts at the top, with the Executive Branch in Washington to set priorities and set an example. Fire and replace all INS and DOJ officials that make excuses instead of straightening things out. Start increasing resources at the border, and be consistent in policies.
