David, you may be right, but..........this is NOT a big "halt-trading-in-our-stock" deal for TX...they would have no reason to ask RNTK to hold off making an announcement. This IS a big deal for RNTK and they would have no reason to hold off making an announcement. When queried at the Annual Meeting as to the expected time delay between the actual signing and the press releases, I recall RNTK saying that it would take a few minutes to get SEC and/or NASDAQ approval of the press release verbage. I welcome comments/clarification from others who were in attendance. So, I would take your >>>In any event, I would not expect a delay of any significance between a signing date and release date.<<< and substitute "hour" for "date". JMHO of course. H.W.
