Oh yeah the wheels of justice are slow at coming but eventually false accussations, innuendoes, and flat out emotional lies will one day not be wise to say unless you have proof. As the companies go after out right lies and twisting of information the SEC is continuing its quest to clean up the false information on the positive side. Cheerleading and Hype will come under a strick eye just like the MMs have and shorting/naked shorting has, which was put out recently. How we have companies saying they are exempt from the eligibility Rule. According the OTC no company is exempt and it is taking 2 - months to clear comments. However, I agree the public needs to know the negative with the positive. It is how the negative is put out. Remember you once said that the best defense for libel is the truth. GAry
