Sol:all the stocks(BB) i follow are all depressed with minute up and downticks. Even when good/significant news comes out, the stock price may not always go significantly up especially in the current market conditions. MM's control everything in the BB stocks. The only way the price will go up IMO is if we see a significant influx of buying. One of the stocks i follow is significantly positive in shares(Buys outnumber Sells) each day for the past 3 months and just released significant positive news, yet the price still remains flat. There are a lot of experienced and knowledgeable investors who are frustrated by this phenomenona. The consensus feeling is that the stock price will eventually come back/explode up to more accurately reflect the company's true valuation once solid revenues are consistently reported and when some big investors/houses start taking notice. I believe the same will happen with IFCI, but i'm not 100% sure that even with a profitable Q1 we'll break $2, especially under current market conditions unless there is a big influx of buying. If after 2 or 3 profitable quarters, we don't break $2 then i would be very concerned. Sometimes, it takes a few days to weeks to months after profitablity for puny stocks to appear on the radar screen and get really noticed. All the above IMO.
