Are you serious with political and economic assessments that place African countries such as Tanzania,Uganda and Zambia and the others mentioned on a level footing whilst South Africa rates a 'for the time being'?
Maybe I don't follow the same political analysts that you do:IMF,CNN
U.N. etc..
Perhaps your political and economic lessons clashed with your geography lessons.
