There is absolutely "No" one-time restructuring charge for the TTH deal being reversed. This was a mutually agreed upon transaction between both parties. ALL 10 Million shares were returned and have already been returned back into treasury. This is directly from a phone conversation I had with Mr. Pian. There is now 10.7 Million shares outstanding with Mr. Pian and his family owning 3.5 Million of those shares. Also, with the retirement of shares, SETO now shows over $.11 EPS for the first six months. SETO keeps ALL the earnings for the 1st and 2nd quarters. Actual Earnings Per Share for FY 98 should come in between $.14 - $.16.
