The institutions answer is going to be we need the information first because we have much larger positions to move and when you take that into account, the big guy and the little guy basically get out at the same average price. I of course don't give a rats ass about the institutions who can't make money the competitive way--they have to make it through inside information, manipulative analysts, manipulative journalists and IPOs.
