Robt J....I 've heard all kinds of rumors about DISH...most have been a "no show" so far.... I don't think you'll see TWX purchase DISH in whole. What you may see is "someone" like TWX that coughs up major $$$ for a portion of DISH...with that said, i think anything north of 33% purchase would surprise me. They need cash...but have a great system already in place that should rival Direct TV if they can get the ball rolling soon with a deal like the above. I'll discuss more of what i've heard off line....but is that your real email address? fz
