So sin is sin because sin begets sin... interesting Dictionary (very wordy, just like the one I use).

My question was more: if it matters not is they are 9 or 90 why do you (they?) think it matters if they are a newborn, and if a newborn can't do anything other than to grow in sin does it really matter if they are born without sin or not, because two minutes later they are sinners... This was the point I was trying to make and the question I was trying to ask - what's the difference as far as age is concerned?

ps. I understand the estrangement, I guess my question is when is one astranged? at birth or when he's taught to talk? or when? I believe we are all born astranged from God and thus, Jesus.
