Reminds of the time Zitel announced a $5,000,000 buyback of their stock.

What a crock!

If they actually follow through, I guess that means that $10,000,000 more of their cash will vaporize into worthless toilet paper...making the price go even lower.

By the way, one of the surest signs that a company is a scam on the verge of unraveling is when they start playing unusual games with the stock (announcing buybacks that don't make any sense, floating massive convertibles, etc.)
