Well I can surely see why there are no other replies to this post .No one was willing to wade threw it.As near as I can determine this is about the qualifications of the court ,In this case the Senate, that holds the trial.It says nothing about what crimes are necessary to bring about impeachment proceedings.I don't see how it is relevant to our discussion. pez
