Has anyone ever seen one being used? You missed my post. Ten lashes with a wet noodle! I was mopeding down Kalakaua in Waikiki a couple of weeks ago when I passed one scuttling along the sidewalk like one of our cockroaches. Absolute disaster, IMO. Too big, too fast. Pedestrians would not put up with them in quantity.
