Hi Frank:

If you think that DELL's pre-earnings run-up is strong enough, that's fine. Investment is a relative concept. A lot of people are perfectly happy with less than 5% annual return, and some people are not happy with 100% return. It is a fact that DELL did not move last several weeks. FYI, CSCO, AOL and DELL were all low 40s in early October and now where they are? TIA. B.J.
