You called it right Jim.. Hysterics...that's what it is.

Here is the Scoop Folks

DIXS has about 15 mm shares outstanding.
The float is only about 1.6 mm. The rest of the shares are closely
held by insiders and their family and friends.

As for convertible debentures as pointed out in the press release
most of them were converted to common in late 1997. Only about 1
mm shares of debentures are yet to be converted. Therefore on a
fully diluted basis DIXS will have a total of 16mm shares
outstanding ..

Debentures were sold at a fixed conversion rate of $0.25 and
$0.50.The remaining debentures will probably be converted when
the price moves above 0.50. I have been informed the debentures
were sold to immediate family and friends and therefore the
conversion did not add to the float.These folks intend to hold their
shares for the long haul.No wonder the stock price gapped 50 %
on only 36k volume today.

The financials for 1997 will be out this Friday.

NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS.

As you all know DiSX is partnering with local television and
radio stations to create and promote Internet career centers.There
are about 200 of these stations.Rather than going after one station
to the other DIXS is making a MAJOR change in their marketing
strategy so that they can sign up in groups.

THIS IS HUGE...

It pertains to new business expansion.THE CEO AND CFO are
both currently out of town. They are meeting with a group of
overseas businessman. These folks are very impressed with the
internet database technology DIXS posses. A major announcement
is forthcoming in the next several weeks.
