#1 is only a short term problem
#2 is a signal to stay away until the stock finds new support following the dilution.
#3 is really scary. I don't know what geometries they are running, but state of the art fabs cost > 1B. It takes a long time to amortize that kind of investment, and semis are a cyclical.

Even if I was inclined to invest in story stocks, I'd be very cautious about trying to time sndk just now.
