In the past Datek would respond especially if they where right. They never hesitated to put a customer in there place. There lack of concern has coincided with the remarkable drop off in service. This board has been allowed to feed off itself without even a fake gesture of concern to there disgruntled customers.Most people that trade online research online. This is why I opened an acct with datek. Great comments from happy customers. This board coupled with lousy service will be there demise. It does appear that MB trading is the place to be. You can even go to #MBTRADING and speak to a representative real time during the trading day. Its my understanding that when problems occur they actually take responsibility unlike Datek who has never been responsible. Thats whats scary, Datek is never wrong which means these problems can never be fixed, which means the problems will never go away. You cant fix something you won't admit to. Another day another 0dollar. to the person that said MB TRADING answered the phone on the first ring, Datek did that once for me but it was a recording that said offices were closed for the day. Unfortunately it was 2:30pm on a WED. Bill
