JGoren: I think that Jacob's comments that interest from "companies that don't
currently make mobile handsets" would be a fair indication that MSFT just entered
the bidding for the handset division. I believe that this would be a further indication
that MSFT is trying to position itself with QCOM as they did with Wireless
Knowledge. It is almost a year from the time that QCOM and MSFT first
introduced the partnership for the Wireless Web.
