I know that the process is in progress. the SEC paperwork is as bureaucratic and any. I'm sorry that the delay makes you wonder if its a scam. I don't. And look forward to adding that little bonus to my portfolio. Frankly I'm more worried about getting the $50 rebate on some McAfee software I bought.
