What I have found is a lot of information that is hard to ignore, and I also find it difficult to link it all together to point a finger at Tony as being a part of the 9/11 plot just as you find it difficult to accuse him of any wrong doing in regards to 9/11 and terrorists activities.
If the evidence anyone posts to link Tony to 9/11 then it is being used strictly in a circumstantial mannerr but the LINKED evidence itself, at least what I am posting, is fact I found on the web such as the correspondance between the two news people.
Flight 93 hijackers were trained in San Diego.
And other 9/11 hijackers were trained in Florida.
Of course DOJ has records including trips abroad to the Middle East so they know about all trips? The DOJ knows about the trips he took abroad because of his dual citizenship and his passport that is stamped with each trip.
How many domestic trips did Tony take before 9/11 between the two coasts in the U.S. ? Anyone who used to read the boards years ago might remember as I do that Tony used to talk about his travels, which included many domestic trips across the United States. I used to wonder WHY he found it necessary to travel so much, and I wondered WHY he had to talk about it so much. But that is only something I remember and perhaps many others might remember.
Before 9/11 no one bothered to check boarding passes to see if they were in the actual name of the passenger boarding the plane.
It is after 9/11 that boarding passes are being watched.
Remember no one in the DOJ will say WHY Tony was stopped at the airport Spring 2004 while using fake ID..
Is it possible that the DOJ already KNEW the fake name(s) Tony had been using to travel domestically, and they put those names on a ‘watch list’?
Perhaps this will come out in the future?
Tony settled down in San Diego County in Encinitias, less than 14 miles from Cleveland’s ex-wife (Cleveland is #2 man in RICO charge), and now Tony is very close to the Mexican boarder at the Tijuana crossing. (I learned about Cleveland's ex-wife's house because she posted 1/2 of the security for Cleveland's bail in the form of her home in San Marcos. It is all court record and available to anyone who wants to access the information.)
Much has been said by others about money laundering in Mexico by Arab terrorists.
I am not saying a thing about this I will leave it all to others to say.
This is circumstantial when it is directed toward Tony unless otherwise proved to be fact.
No one has proved that he had anything to do with the money laundering in Mexico by Arab terrorists, as far as I have been able to ascertain. All we know is that the money laundering took place by various wealthy Arabs.
Before the two FBI agents joined Tony’s team, Tony left his former lawyer/webmaster Tyson for a new web master named Hansen. Hansen is located in Florida. Now with his web master located in Florida Tony has good reason to travel to Florida on a regular basis. It is Florida where many of the 9/11, 19 hijackers were trained to be pilots.
This does NOT connect Tony to the hijackers.
It is just a fact that many of the 9/11 hijackers were trained in Florida flight school, and Tony made trips to Florida for various reasons including to visit his new web master.
San Diego and Florida were the main locations where the terrorists trained.
This is just a fact that happened.
It does NOT mean that Tony actually ever met any of these Moslem, Arab terrorists. Some of whom came from his homeland, Egypt.
Tony does hold the duel citizenship and the DOJ has records of his trips to the Middle East, which have been frequent.

Then Dai TN, there is the Cantor Fitzgerald lawsuit (the brokerage that lost almost all employees in the Twin Towers on 9/11) that names Mercy International Relief Agency as one of the Moslem charities that funded the terrorists whom carried out 9/11.
The DOJ, namely Att. Breen who is head attorney for the task force investigating the money links that funded 9/11, was investigating Mercy International Relief Agency and its links to Bin Laden and 9/11 when Tony Elgindy’s name came up. Breen looked into Tony’s activities and he came across the link to Royer, the FBI agent.
There is an awful lot to consider here; I also do not want to connect Tony to 9/11 as I know you do not want to do.
All I know for sure is one count of racketeering that I personally had knowledge of when it happened. There was nothing I could do. Tony appeared to be protected by many people who were situated in high places, and most likely had an investment in protecting Tony..
I thought that Tony would most likely commit other racketeering activities.
I turned away, and did not think about what had happened again until I read an article in 2002 that he had been arrested for RICO. I thought at this time that it was about time he was stopped!
To think of what happened to all those innocent people in the Twin Towers on 9/11 still makes me sick to my stomach!
To think that the on-going war in Iraq is a direct result of the attack on the Twin Towers makes me even sicker!
So many innocent people killed and maimed on both sides of this war is unforgivable and make me sick!
To think that Tony Elgindy could have helped the Moslem Arab terrorists in any way makes me sick beyond belief!
You know it is still possible that Tony could get off from the present RICO charges.
If the jury believes that the FBI arrested a couple of their own FBI agents; charged them with RICO putting everyone through a 2.5 year waiting period, and now a very expensive trial; then this jury could acquit.
Dai TN, all people are not blessed with the same ability to reason. You see it everyday. Just look at poor Peter. I feel sorry for him if he does not realize that he has opened himself up to charges by his statements the other day in the trial. He was paying Tony a fee every month. It was either $600 or higher as I have seen prices over a $1000 in a story. He was paying for information, and then he should think that Tony was lying to him???
This is NOT something a sane, rational person would think or say in the circumstance.
Peter has to be trying to save his friend but he only hurt himself. It is sad.
