KEM, AVX and VSH were downgraded today to "neutral" rating by Jerry Labowitz of
Merrill Lynch. He feels that the next three months may be good time to pick up shares for the long term but he feels that business slowdown is looming and will effect their business. He feels that their balance sheets look strong for now.
