Frank was the t/a specialist on KWHY LA TV for years, i used to get his newsletter. His father was a technical analyst/economics guy, they don't live far from me, though, i've only met frank a couple of times at local money shows. He comes up with some amazing materials and charts, and brings a lot of far out materials that nobody uses. but he is like everybody else, sometimes the force is with you, sometimes not.
