Notice I don't think that they should undergo character assassination.> You had better be careful Ron, that type of reasoned thought may be considered a TOS violation on this thread. I know it is asking a lot, but it would be interesting if folks could withold their attacks on judges until they have actually had a chance to read the Court's opinion and see whether it makes sense. A lot of these same folks thought Judge Lewis, a Democrat, was out to screw Bush.
