Hi George - The press release you and Joe put together is great. Light that fire under management. If NOVL didn't want partners they should not have sold stock. I guess Banks were too tough - but then Joe and the net wasn't around then. They offered us participation in NOVL and now we are participating. I do not recall silence as a condition to buying stock. Frankly, I think it'll maker them a stronger company (which everyone wants) to listen more to shareholders. Sorry if I was a bit abrupt on that lawyer thing - I just never saw shareholders win in class action. Lawyers of course will walk away with the gold and we will get the ... And the stock while all that is going on - treated like it had the plague. Bye - sw
