Just tell me that you would not have David Boies be a lawyer on your side if you really needed the best. His command of the laws and his articulation and ability to think interactively with the justices were exemplary. If the Gore position does not prevail, they cannot say that they didn't have the best representation available. I marvel that lost in all this argument of the recounts is the fact that Gore may not still make up the necessary gap with Bush. Won't the Bush whining here look foolish if he ends up winning anyway? Especially after the courts may disavow these attempts to disenfranchise voters.
