Hi KB... Your purpose for giving up that last 6-7%? Risk/reward in terms of the deal falling through? Time value and better deals out there? As per my speling prowess, I will write chihuahua 100 times in my word prossessor....there...im dun...my speling is impruving as I werk at it. Glad slider has gotten the drift of my sense of humor, he's been a pretty good sport...I believe I was the original chihuahua on the thread. Or was that the wiener dog?
