Slacker/others - some folks on another thread that I follow are squawking of firsthand knowledge that Taiwan Semi is running at less than 30% fab utilization right now! That sounds like pure fantasy to me, but if it is even remotely close, then the Q should be gettin' a helluva bargain on their fab right now?? Could a number that low be conceivable??
