Another integrated chipset is available: ATI A3 in an FIC-AT31 for $89 ($109 on PW with one listing).

The first I actually saw of this was it was highlighted in the most recent product list from my distributor. It is a uATX board with graphics that ATI says are "of Radeon 7500 level." It will be interesting to see how it compares with nForce.

I could not find any reviews and only a Comdex overview here:

EDIT: From my distributor's PR on the FIC-AT31 it can apparently run two monitors out of the box but I think one of these may be the TV-out. I continue to contemplate a "portable desktop system" but seem to be expanding the interest to Tivo functions. Mission creep. <g>
