Okay, well, you're entitled to have your opinion of course.

The closed-minded attitudes on the Left are nothing new (see: liberal threads on this site where not one moderate or conservative voice is tolerated).

That is to your detriment. That you can't even listen to both sides of an argument says more about you than it does the people making arguments from the other perspective.

In the case of C.K., your loss is particularly significant since he is in many respects socially liberal and has lots of good ideas for moderating the differences between the sides. The problem, of course, is that the Left wants it all; you guys don't want any negotiated arrangements, you want to roll over anyone you disagree with. And while that objective may be fine, the reality is you can get away with it indefinitely. At some point, if not 2016, some later time, the Left will be removed from power and all of the hard-headedness will be repaid in spades.
