Dick,

E-Mail me the info on Liviakis. The option cannot be exercised until January 1, 1998. But still, it seems like a hell of a lot of stock for a measly $105,000 job. The should have collected from one of the officers and paid cash rather than diluting the stock by 30%. Could they short against the option? Perhaps.
