A Pre14-A form was filed on Friday. NOtice that the company is seeking authorization to issue another 750 Million common shares. I haven't seen any explanation as to why this sis needed, but assume it is so PLC can raise capital to ramp up production once final FDA approval is obtained. Any thoughts on it. Lot of potential dilution here. Richard James
