RE: >>Not a reasonable interpretation of the sales information....Perhaps his trustee decided to sell, but that hardly qualifies as an 'insider' decision.<<

I guess that if the trustee is a qualified investment professional and for some reason he decided to sell that is information of interest for the little folks at SI. The only judgment I passed on the insider selling information is that someone either an insider*, or as you point out, a trustee, decided to sell in which case reaching the conclusion that regardless of label someone thinks the long side is riskier seems the intelligent conclusion from the facts, and not a "self-serving" elaboration.

As you are probably aware, I have let the group know that I am short the stock. So that my relationship to the stock is clear. It would be nice to know what yours is.

*I used the term insider just following the StockSmart terminology, (after all the sales involved restricted shares and it is of interest given the current situation). I guess you should contact them so that they fix the mistake.

>>Since Richard Wurtman still owns around 890,000 shares, it seems self-serving on your part to define this as a lack of confidence in IPIC by 'insiders.' NeuroInvestment<<

This statement above is your statement not mine. In case you misread the eleven word statement I wrote here it goes again:

"Randy, I guess some insiders think the long side is riskier:"
