The bill to move forward on XL may result in an override of Obama's veto. That would not be just Republicans. That would be decidedly bipartisan, and they've damned near got the votes now.

....There won't be 67 votes for it. Only Dems in states that favor the the pipeline and have competitive senate races will be allowed to vote to overide. That does not total 13. It's all been worked out already.
